Artificial Intelligence for routing and analyzing Public Grievances.
Currently grievance redressal portals are fragmented. There are mobile app based solutions as well but citizen needs to know exact category / destination of the complaint in order to efficient routing. On the other hand, there is no comprehensive grievance dashboard for governments where they can analyze citizen concerns and take cost effective action.
